BBWWB day 3: Burak’s birthday dinner: Italian Tapas
1.Salami wrapped date stuffed w goat cheese and tarragon
2.Endive relish dip
Onion, tomato, sundried tomato, orange pepper, cucumber, avocado, feta cheese, basil, lemon, evoo endives 3
3.Garlic shallot cherry tomatoes in pan sauté
Then cool and add parsley, basil, and lemon juice
Toast bread (brushed w olive oil) for 15-20 min under 400 degree heat
4. 1 stick butter 1/2 cup olive oil 1/2 cup parsley, 6 cloves garlic onlow heat for shrimp scampi
Grill shrimp after adding salt pepper and old bay
Throw shrimp in scampi sauce
5. 3 cups fresh spinach and 4 cloves garlic and a tablespoon olive oil in food processor. Put in pan and heat along with 1/4 cup Parmesan and heavy cream and simmer. Add boiled gnocchi to pot and serve.
